About the Role
We’re looking for an organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support C-Suite leaders. Sitting at the heart of our operations, you will keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes, managing complex diaries, handling logistics, and keeping leaders focused on strategic priorities. You’ll remove friction, keep things on track, and help teams stay connected and focused on what really matters, playing a key role in how effectively we deliver and collaborate across the business.
Your main responsibility will be providing administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team and Legal Executive Team. This is not a standalone role; you will operate as part of a collaborative support function, remaining flexible to cover other stakeholders and working alongside other PAs and EAs whenever colleagues are away or extra project support is needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep leaders moving – expertly manage busy diaries, meetings, travel and priorities to make every day run smoothly.
- Run the rhythm – organise agendas, capture actions and keep follow-ups and progress on track.
- Be the go-to – act as the first point of contact, handling queries with professionalism, discretion and confidence.
- Create & coordinate – draft presentations, reports and key documents that keep everything aligned.
- Keep things organised – manage documents, records and expenses with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Stay one step ahead – pull together research and insights to support informed decision-making.
- Make it all happen – coordinate travel, events, offsites and external engagements end-to-end.
- Own the details – manage logistics for visits, conferences and key moments that matter.
- Connect the dots – build strong relationships across teams and work closely with stakeholders and other PAs.
- Support the wider team – pitch in where needed and help keep everything running seamlessly.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
