Personal Assistant to the Deputy Heads
Permanent and full time

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced, enthusiastic, and highly professional Personal Assistant to support both the Senior Deputy Head (Academic) and Deputy Head (Pastoral and Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead).
This is a permanent position, and the start date will be confirmed on the completion of all required pre-employment checks.

Working Hours
- Full time all-year-round position.
- Core hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm during term time and 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday during school holidays.
- Degree of flexibility required to suit the needs of the role.
- Leave entitlement: 28 days annually, to be taken during school holidays, in addition to Bank Holidays and two weeks over the Christmas period when the School is closed.
Salary
- Commensurate with the post and will be dependent on the qualifications and experience of the appointed candidate.

- All staff working in the School during the school day will have some contact with children and will therefore be in regulated activity. In this role, you are unlikely to be working with children directly but will regularly interact with pupils who may seek your assistance or otherwise interact with you when moving around the school.

Legal Requirements
- The post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The School is therefore permitted to ask job applicants to declare all convictions and cautions on a self-declaration form in advance of attending an interview (including those which are ‘spent’ unless they are ‘protected’ under the DBS filtering rules) in order to assess their suitability to work with children.
