Personal Assistant – Chairman’s Office

We are looking for ambitious Graduates, eager to accelerate their career as a Personal Assistant by joining Chairman Anil Agarwal’s Office in London. Suitable to those with a business mindset driven to work in a fast-paced family-style environment.

The Role:

  • Manage the Chairman's business and personal diary.
  • Manage and accompany the Chairman on business and personal travel.
  • Manage emails, correspondence, and confidential documents with proactive oversight and timely follow-ups.
  • Overseeing personal appointments and household-related coordination

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Graduate (any stream) along with a PA/Secretarial certification
  • 3-6 years of experience as a PA/EA in family office, C-Suite or similar setting
  • Innovative AI-based problem-solving approach
  • Excellent communication, coordination and prioritisation skills
