Hi, I’m Callum! I’m 7 years old and will be 8 in January. I’m a happy, loving and mischievous little boy who has lots of energy and absolutely loves being active and outdoors. I have autism and ADHD, and I take medication to help manage my ADHD. It is also thought that I may have a learning disability. I attend Thomas Bewick School.
I am non-verbal, but I have my own ways of communicating and will often take you to what I want or need. I need someone who is patient and willing to take the time to get to know me and understand how I communicate.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

I love going to the beach, swimming, running around outside, trampoline parks and visiting the Alan Shearer Centre. I also enjoy cooking at home. I’m happiest when I’m busy and on the move! I have no awareness of danger and can run off very quickly, so I need close supervision at all times when we are out. You will need to be very active and physically fit, as you may need to run after me to keep me safe.
I can use the toilet independently, although I need some help with cleaning afterwards. I also need reminding and encouragement to eat and drink throughout the day. When we go out, I usually take a packed lunch with me as I find it difficult to sit in a restaurant.

As I love getting out and about and exploring different places, it is essential that my PA has a full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle for work purposes.
I’m not violent and I’m a very affectionate and loving little boy. I’m looking for a PA who is kind, energetic, patient and fun, and who will enjoy getting out and about with me while making sure I stay safe.
If you think you could keep up with me and would enjoy spending time doing the things I love, we would love to hear from you!
