This role will provide comprehensive and proactive organisational and administrative support to the Director of Social Impact and Sustainability as well as be the wellbeing Champion to enable the global team to thrive. On occasions, you will also be required to provide administrative support to the Social Impact team. You will be required to operate independently, proactively and flexibly. The role is fast-paced so being able to prioritise effectively is important. The PA may be required to occasionally travel within the UK and you will work across international timelines with team members and stakeholders in India, China, Kenya, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Argentina, Poland, USA, Switzerland, and France alongside the UK.

Please note: This role is a part time position and is 21 hours across 3 days.
Key Responsibilities
- Full and comprehensive diary management across multiple time zones and up to a year in advance for the Director of Social Impact and Sustainability.
- Maintain the business calendar to connect the team on annual rhythm of strategy planning, financial planning.
- Coordinate trip planning and organisation (visa, flight, hotel booking).
- Project support – maintaining pace on specific projects, including scheduling meetings and connecting teams according to agreed timelines.
- Screen internal and external enquiries and meeting requests, prioritise, re-direct and ensure only relevant enquiries are directed appropriately.
- Provide support to the Director of Sustainability Management team with major meeting planning, as required, including agenda and slides for presentation.
- Creating new ways to help the Director and Management team to operate in their roles effectively.
- Champion wellbeing within the Social Impact and Sustainability team through engagement activities and events, proactively suggesting ideas and mechanisms to ensure team morale and wellbeing remains strong.
- Co-ordinate team training to ensure team compliance on ABC, GDPR, Competition & travel safety.
- General administrative support (post collection, stationery ordering, raising PO, new supplier set up, etc.)

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organisation, flexing style to suit the audience.
- Strong organisation and planning skills.
- Computer literate in Microsoft packages.
- Able to multi-task, managing multiple priorities at any one time.
