HAIL Partners is working with a global alternative asset manager who are seeking a Personal Assistant to join their London team. The role supports one of the firm's Co-Founders, a dynamic, fast-paced UHNW principal, working closely alongside his two Executive Assistants in a tight-knit, collaborative team.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the current Executive Assistant with day-to-day activities
- Scheduling personal appointments for the Co-Founder and his family
- Providing general admin support, maintaining digital filing systems and coordinating internal communications
- Supporting extensive global travel, including providing coverage during travel periods
- Checking the Co-Founder's inbox
- Preparing agendas, materials, minutes and follow-up actions
- Coordinating recurring sporting bookings and related planning

Role Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience as a Team Assistant, PA or EA
- A confident communicator with a warm and professional approach
- Highly organised, with a positive work ethic and a proactive, calm manner
- Able to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism and discretion
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience operating in high-functioning, low-structure environments
- Emotionally resilient and highly adaptable
