Personal Assistant to a Leading Name in Watches & Jewellery
Tunbridge Wells | Office-based, 5 days | £40,000–£50,000 + bonus (flexible for the right person)
Jackson Rose is recruiting a Personal Assistant to work alongside one of the best-known names in the watch and jewellery world. It's a close, one-to-one role supporting a busy business leader whose diary rarely stands still, and who relies on their PA to keep everything moving.
The role
You'll be the person who makes their working life run smoothly. That means managing a packed and constantly shifting diary, organising frequent travel (often international, often at short notice), and making sure meetings, events and commitments are properly prepared for. You'll handle correspondence, act as a first point of contact for a wide network of clients, partners and colleagues, and pick up whatever else lands on the desk that day.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Plans change quickly here. Flights move, meetings get rescheduled, priorities shift by the hour. You'll need to stay calm, rework things on the fly and still get the detail right every time.
What we're looking for
- Solid experience as a PA or EA supporting a senior, high-profile individual
- A real eye for detail. Small things matter in this role
- Strong experience booking and managing complex travel itineraries
- Adaptable and quick-thinking, comfortable when the day doesn't go to plan
- Discreet, polished and confident dealing with people at every level
- Exposure to luxury, retail or a client-facing environment is a bonus, but not essential
