Job Opportunity: Team PA for Fund Formation and Sponsor Solutions Group
A top law firm is looking for a Team PA to join its Fund Formation and Sponsor Solutions group in London.
You will provide tailored support to partners and fee earners in a busy group of partners, associates, trainees, and paralegals. You will manage complex partner diaries, keep billing moving, and step up as a role model for the junior PAs in the team. You will work from the team hub alongside a small, close PA team.
What You Will Do
- Act as the first point of contact for partners and fee earners
- Manage complex diaries and inboxes for partners, sending holding responses and resolving clashes
- Lead the billing process end to end: billing reports, draft bills, disbursements, narratives, and credit notes
- Support collections by chasing clients for outstanding invoices
- Manage accounts payable, expenses, and disbursements
- Arrange complex travel, including itineraries, visas, flights, taxis, accommodation, and rental cars
- Organise internal and external meetings, agendas, and papers
- Open matters, run conflict searches, and work with the risk team on due diligence
- Keep contacts and BD activity current in InterAction

What You Bring

- Ideally four years' experience as a PA in a law firm or professional services firm
- Secretarial qualification such as RSA, Cilex, or a legal secretarial diploma (desirable)
- Confident in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong numeracy
- Accurate typing, spelling, and proofreading
- A proactive, adaptable approach and the ability to stay calm under pressure
