This is a varied role for someone who is highly organised, and wants to work within an exciting, fast-moving, agile and creative business.
Responsibilities will include:
- Calendar and inbox management
- Personal and professional travel and itinerary planning
- Meeting preparation
- Expenses
- Coordinating appointments and reservations
- Tracking actions and deadlines
- Liaising with hospitality professionals, agents, HODs, venues and the wider team
You'll be highly organised, reliable, and eager. You'll communicate efficiently, write clear emails, be confident using Microsoft and IOS softwares and enjoy taking responsibility for the delivery of your role. You will have a practical and positive attitude to the role and be happy to get stuck into whatever needs doing.

Ideally you would have two years' experience in a PA, executive assistant, office management or similar role. A full UK driving license is required. An interest in food, is a big bonus.
Offering: £35,000-£40,000 depending on experience- for the right applicant we may relook at this budget. 28 days' holiday, plus Christmas shutdown. Discounts on all restaurants and other benefits.
