We're Hiring | Personal Assistant (Full-Time)

Location: Remote/Hybrid

Hours: Full-Time

We're looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to join our growing team and provide exceptional support to senior leadership.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity to become a trusted partner, helping to keep priorities on track, managing competing demands, and ensuring the day-to-day runs smoothly.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing complex diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments
  • Overseeing inbox management and drafting professional correspondence
  • Preparing high-quality briefing packs, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Creating polished documents using Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Canva, and other business applications
  • Coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Preparing agendas, taking meeting notes, and tracking follow-up actions
  • Building positive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Providing proactive administrative support and anticipating the needs of senior leaders
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring information is handled with the utmost confidentiality

  • At least 5 years' experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience producing professional reports, briefing packs, presentations, and executive documentation
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (particularly Outlook, Word and PowerPoint), Canva, and other productivity tools
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and attention to detail
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent judgement and discretion
  • The confidence to work independently while collaborating effectively with a wider team
