We're recruiting on behalf of a UHNWI based in Poole, Dorset, who is looking for an experienced Private Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive 1:1 support across both personal and professional matters.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly capable and discreet Private PA who thrives in a varied, fast-paced private environment. You'll become a trusted right hand to the Principal and his family, managing everything from complex diaries, travel and private events to an extensive property portfolio, household matters and ad hoc requests.
Candidates must be based locally to Poole and able to provide support at short notice when required.

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Private PA, Executive PA, Lifestyle Manager or similar high-level support professional
- Previous experience supporting a UHNW/HNW individual, family or Principal would be highly advantageous
- Must be based in Poole or within a very close and practical commuting distance
- Must be able to provide support at short notice when required
- Experience managing complex diaries, travel, appointments and personal commitments
- Comfortable overseeing an extensive property portfolio and coordinating trades, contractors and suppliers
- Exceptional discretion and experience handling highly confidential and sensitive information
- Highly proactive, resourceful and confident anticipating needs before they arise
- Comfortable liaising with household staff, professional advisers and senior external stakeholders
- Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to support occasional out-of-hours requirements
- Full clean UK driving licence required
- Exceptionally organised, professional and able to operate autonomously with minimal supervision
