About The Role
Helensburgh
30 hours / week
Shift Pattern 10am to 10pm with overnight supports. 10am finish

Personal Assistants (Support Workers) have the most important role within Enable by making a positive difference every day to the lives of the people we support. Each person we support has different support requirements, so your role as Support Worker may include assisting them with various aspects of personal care, moving and handling or positive behavioural support while expanding their social networks and connections.
Enable creates a bespoke team around every individual we support, and our team of Personal Assistants work collaboratively to ensure the safety, wellbeing, and aspirations of the people we support are met.

Let us introduce you to Nicole
Nicole is a young woman who lives in her own tenancy where she receives one-to-one support. She loves to keep her home clean and tidy and can do most of this herself. Nicole requires prompts with her personal care.
Nicole loves music and knows the words and actions to most songs. She loves dancing and exercise classes on her projector and she loves movies, especially Disney movies. Nicole enjoys arts and crafts as well as assisting with her meal preparations.

Nicole can communicate verbally and also uses PECS to assist with planning her day and activities.

Where required, Enable will fully fund SVQ Health and Social Care qualifications – required for SSSC registration.
