LCC is a well established design and construction company based in west London. We specialise in commercial design, refurbishment, fit-out and construction projects across Greater London.

We are looking for a proactive, organised and trustworthy Personal Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the Director. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, requiring someone who enjoys taking ownership of tasks and helping keep the business running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Director’s diary, emails, phone calls and day-to-day correspondence.
  • Draft emails, letters, reports and other documents from dictation.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and follow up on actions.
  • Assist with procurement, placing orders and coordinating suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Liaise with staff, clients, consultants and contractors to ensure projects and office activities run smoothly.
  • Assist with recruitment administration, staff scheduling, accreditations and performance review arrangements.
  • Maintain project trackers, works pipeline and company records.
  • Support marketing activities, including keeping company information and social media up to date.
  • Assist with general office administration, including ordering office supplies and organising meetings and company events.
  • Provide personal assistance to the Director, including diary management, travel arrangements, appointments and occasional personal errands.
  • Carry out other administrative and operational duties as required.

Skills, Abilities & Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and use initiative.
  • Professional, reliable and highly organised.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Previous experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Office Manager role is desirable. Experience within the construction industry would be an advantage but is not essential.
