Personal Assistant Opportunity

Location: North Birmingham
Working: Flexible

Client Details

My client is a successful manufacturing organisation based in North Birmingham. They are looking for an upcoming Personal Assistant to join their team and support an Executive Assistant and CEO.

Description

  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and organising travel arrangements.
  • Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and other key documents as required.
  • Supporting the team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all documentation is up to date.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the team.
  • Coordinating events, meetings, and other business activities.
  • Managing expense reports and assisting with budget tracking.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Administration experience is essential.

  • Can commute to Birmingham.
