Client Details
My client is a successful manufacturing organisation based in North Birmingham. They are looking for an upcoming Personal Assistant to join their team and support an Executive Assistant and CEO.
Description
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and organising travel arrangements.
- Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally and efficiently.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other key documents as required.
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all documentation is up to date.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the team.
- Coordinating events, meetings, and other business activities.
- Managing expense reports and assisting with budget tracking.

Profile
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Administration experience is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Can commute to Birmingham.
