Personal Assistant to Director
📍 Bromsgrove | Full-Time | Permanent
About the Opportunity
We're working with a successful entrepreneur based in Bromsgrove who is looking to appoint an experienced Personal Assistant to support the Director across three established businesses.
This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll become the Director's right-hand person, ensuring their diary, communications and business priorities are managed efficiently, allowing them to focus on growing the businesses.
This opportunity would suit an organised, proactive and highly professional PA who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and working in a trusted position.
The Role
As Personal Assistant to the Director, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a busy and ever-changing diary across three businesses
- Coordinating meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
- Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Managing emails, prioritising correspondence and drafting responses where appropriate
- Preparing reports, presentations and meeting documentation
- Organising business events and company meetings
- Taking minutes and following up on key actions
- Assisting with confidential business and personal matters where required
- Liaising with suppliers, customers and professional advisers
- Supporting with project coordination and ensuring deadlines are met
- Helping to improve administrative processes across the businesses
- General office management and administrative support

About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Senior Administrator
- Is highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Can confidently manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Is professional, discreet and able to handle confidential information
- Works proactively and can anticipate the Director's needs
- Is confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Remains calm under pressure and thrives in a busy environment
- Holds a full UK driving licence (preferred)
