Are you ready to make a difference? At Boots, we’re looking for a Personal Assistant to join our dynamic Marketing team in Sedley Place. This is an exciting opportunity to support our team in delivering care, confidence, and connection to our customers and colleagues every day.
In this role, you will provide proactive, efficient administrative and organisational support for up to three of our Directors within No7 Beauty Company. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant who’s looking to work within a high-profile beauty business.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Marketing team.
- Managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
- Assisting in the preparation of presentations and reports.
- Coordinating team meetings and events, ensuring all logistics are handled.
- Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in the marketing industry.
- Familiarity with project management tools.
