Driver With Own Vehicle Essential
We are looking for a caring, reliable Support Worker to provide 2:1 support for an 11-year-old boy with Autism. This rewarding role involves supporting him to enjoy community, leisure, and social activities while developing confidence, independence, and life skills.
Main Duties Include
- Supporting access to community and leisure activities
- Encouraging social interaction and communication
- Developing social and life skills
- Providing personal care when required
- Responding calmly and positively to changes in behaviour
- Working as part of an experienced support team to meet his needs effectively.

Essential Requirements
- Experience of supporting children or young people with Autism and/or additional needs
- A patient, understanding, and positive approach, confidence in managing and responding appropriately to behavioural changes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance
