Executive Assistant (Temporary) | Immediate Start Role

We're recruiting on behalf of a leading global organisation for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to three Vice Presidents in a fast-paced corporate environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and highly organised EA who thrives on juggling multiple priorities and enjoys working with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing complex diaries and calendars across multiple time zones
- Acting as the first point of contact for the leadership team
- Coordinating international travel and producing detailed itineraries
- Processing expenses, purchase orders and invoices
- Organising meetings, events and global town halls
- Preparing presentations, reports and meeting materials
- Handling IT and facilities-related queries
- Providing general administrative support and assisting the wider team as required

About You:
- Proven experience supporting senior executives as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
- Confident managing busy, ever-changing schedules
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience using Concur or similar travel and expense systems
- Comfortable using Teams, Zoom, WebEx or other virtual meeting platforms
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Professional, discreet and experienced in handling confidential information
- Calm under pressure with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, adaptable and a collaborative team player
