Rate:
- £15.71 per hour if directly employed
- £19.50 per hour if self-employed
Hours: 12.75 hours per week (Mondays, Wednesday, Fridays, and occasional Saturdays, preferably between 10.30am and 3pm - flexible working hours)
Contract: Permanent
Closing Date: 4th November 2026
Role Overview
An individual living in the Lutterworth area requires support from a Gujarati speaking Personal Assistant.
Role Requirements
You will be required to support the client with:
- Undertaking social activities to provide stimulation/companionship
- Accessing the community
- Domestic tasks
- Meal preparation
- Prompts with personal care and reminders to use the toilet
You must be able to speak Gujarati as this is the language used by the client, with a little English. They have been diagnosed with dementia.

You will need to use your own vehicle so will require business insurance and a full/clean driving licence. The client will pay mileage.
