Based in Prime Central London
A globally recognised luxury real estate firm is seeking a Personal Assistant to support a senior principal operating within the prime property market.
This is a fast-paced, high-trust role offering exposure to an extensive UHNW network and international clients. The successful candidate will manage the principal’s diary, communications, client relationships and property pipeline, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and discreetly.
The Role
- Manage a complex diary, coordinating property viewings, client meetings and appointments alongside another assistant responsible for personal matters.
- Prepare daily briefings, agendas and meeting documentation, while managing email, WhatsApp and telephone enquiries.
- Act as a key contact for HNW, UHNW and international buyers and sellers, maintaining attentive, professional client service.
- Organise bespoke property tours, viewing schedules, property packs and chauffeur arrangements, covering viewings when required.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track referrals and ensure AML and compliance documentation remains complete and current.
- Prepare transaction paperwork and liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors and accounts teams to progress deals through exchange and completion.
- Support property-related invoices, reporting, completion appointments and handovers.
- Coordinate client events, property launches and relevant industry engagements.
- Manage supplier relationships and support office operations, marketing materials, social media and PR activity.

The firm is seeking an organised, proactive and discreet professional with strong attention to detail and polished written and verbal communication.
Previous experience in luxury property, private client services or a similarly demanding client-facing environment is strongly preferred. The successful candidate will anticipate requirements, manage competing priorities and handle confidential information with integrity.
Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office and property platforms is required.
