Part-Time Private PA | French & English | Central London
£40,000–£45,000 pro rata | 2 days per week | ASAP start
A private family office is seeking an exceptional bilingual French/English Private PA to provide high-level administrative and operational support within a discreet family environment.
This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for an experienced PA who is meticulous, highly organised, tech-savvy and comfortable managing a broad range of personal, administrative and family office-related responsibilities.
Working closely with the principal and an established PA team, you will provide support across day-to-day administration as well as longer-term projects, including the development of a family office.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing diaries, contacts and correspondence in both French and English
- Coordinating travel arrangements, hotels and logistics
- Preparing documents, reports, meeting notes and presentations
- Maintaining accurate records, filing systems and administrative trackers
- Managing to-do lists, Excel spreadsheets and follow-up actions
- Supporting banking, private accounts and financial administration
- Assisting with legal and financial follow-ups
- Supporting the set-up and administration of a family office
- Managing and updating a private family website
- Coordinating couriers, expenses and document preparation
- Supporting charitable and philanthropic activities and events
- Drafting, translating and preparing correspondence
- Providing general administrative and technology support
- Assisting with ad hoc projects as required

About You
The successful candidate will be:
- Native-level French with excellent English – essential
- Exceptionally organised with outstanding attention to detail
- Proactive, reliable and able to take ownership of tasks
- Highly discreet and comfortable working with confidential information
- Tech-savvy, with excellent Mac/Apple skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft 365, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
- Polished, professional and approachable
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced private environment
- A confident communicator with a supportive, can-do attitude

Previous Private PA, Family Office, Legal or Financial Administration experience would be advantageous, particularly experience involving documentation, banking or financial/legal follow-ups. However, candidates from a range of strong PA backgrounds will be considered.
The Details
- Location: Central London, immediately opposite St James's tube station
- Working pattern: 2 consecutive days per week, office-based
- Days: Likely Tuesday/Wednesday or Wednesday/Thursday, with flexibility required
- Salary: £40,000–£45,000 pro rata, depending on experience
- Start: ASAP
