Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Personal Assistant role based in Greater London. The Personal Assistant will support senior team members with day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks, including managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel or appointments. Responsibilities include handling incoming calls and emails, preparing and formatting documents, maintaining files and records, and assisting with basic clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations. The role also involves acting as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, supporting executive administrative needs, and providing proactive assistance to help the team manage deadlines and client commitments effectively.

  • Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, with experience supporting senior professionals.
  • Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional client interaction.
  • Proficient Diary Management capabilities, including scheduling, prioritizing appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Solid Clerical Skills, such as document preparation, data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort working on-site in a professional office setting and collaborating with accounting and administrative teams.
  • Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or equivalent) and general computer literacy.
  • Prior experience in a professional services or accounting environment is an advantage.
  • Relevant administrative or business-related qualification or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
