The team also work with a number of large, multinational private businesses across many sectors with varying regulatory and reporting requirements, and we have specialist knowledge of a range of industries – from natural resource companies, tech companies, professional practices and retailers.
You could be involved in the audit of any organisation from a listed company to working with owner-managed businesses. With every audit, you'll gain a deeper insight into each stage of the process, and a broader view of the businesses we work for. As your experience grows, so will your opportunities.
Responsibilities
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Diary management duties for two Partners within the Corporate & Capital Markets (CCM) division, including scheduling/arranging of:
- Internal meetings/calls
- Booking file review diary slots and assisting with deadline management
- Client meetings/entertainment – face to face or Zoom/Teams (liaising with clients, booking venues etc)
- Seminars/conferences
- Internal training and workshops
- Ad-hoc meetings/events
- Assisting with expenses
- Organising hotel and travel
- Assisting with various document formatting requests
- Assisting with divisional administration around marketing activities
- Assisting the review of Work in Progress (WIP) reports and ensuring timely billing achieved – interaction with Managers to facilitate actions required
- Assisting with PI renewal process – collation and follow up of internal information from Partners, Directors and Managers to assist with completion of submission
- Delivery of minute taking
- Ad hoc duties as required

Person Specification
Skills, Experience And Qualifications
- Direct and prior experience in a similar role is required
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to work well with deadlines and have a proactive nature to follow up as needed
- Effective communication skills and able to liaise with senior internal stakeholders
- Prior working experience in a professional services environment is ideal
