Personal Assistant - Property Industry

Salary
up to £40,000 + bonus + benefits
Are you an experienced Personal Assistant looking for your next opportunity within the property industry?
We are working with an established property business looking for a highly organised and proactive PA to support its Managing Director. This is a varied role with responsibility for executive support, business reporting and coordination across the wider leadership team.
You'll be confident managing a busy workload, communicating with senior stakeholders and handling sensitive information with discretion.

The Role
- Manage the Managing Director's diary, inbox, meetings and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate leadership meetings and events, prepare agendas, take minutes and follow up on actions.
- Prepare Board papers, reports, presentations and business communications.
- Coordinate weekly and monthly reporting.
- Liaise with senior colleagues, internal teams and external partners.
- Support the leadership team with administration, project coordination and business improvement initiatives.
About You
- Previous experience as a PA supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced business.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Experience preparing reports, Board papers and presentations.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- A proactive approach, attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities independently.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to other offices and partner meetings.
