Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant
Salary: £50,000–£60,000
Location: London
Working Pattern: Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised PA/EA to provide comprehensive support to three senior individuals within a successful family-run music business.
This is a varied role combining professional and personal support, requiring someone proactive, discreet and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Manage complex diaries, meetings and appointments.
- Arrange business and personal travel, including itineraries and accommodation.
- Manage emails, correspondence and day-to-day administration.
- Organise meetings, events, lunches and social engagements.
- Prepare documents, presentations and meeting materials.
- Manage expenses, invoices and ad hoc projects.
- Arrange personal appointments, bookings and family commitments.
- Assist with personal shopping, gifts, restaurants and special occasions.
- Coordinate household matters, deliveries, contractors and services.
- Act as a trusted point of contact and gatekeeper.
- Anticipate needs and proactively manage both professional and personal requirements.

You will have previous PA or EA experience and be highly organised, discreet and confident supporting senior individuals. You will be proactive, adaptable, personable and comfortable handling confidential information and both business and personal tasks.
An interest in music or the creative industries would be beneficial but is not essential.
