PA / EA – Music Publishing & Rights London | £50,000–£60,000 | Hybrid
An exciting opportunity for an experienced PA/EA to join a leading music publishing and rights business, supporting senior executives within a fast-paced, creative and international environment. This is a varied PA/EA role combining high-level executive support with exposure to the commercial side of music publishing, copyright, royalties and licensing.
The Role You will provide day-to-day PA/EA support to senior stakeholders, managing busy diaries, meetings, travel and correspondence while acting as a key point of contact across the business. You will also support the wider commercial and administrative side of the business, working with teams and contacts involved in music rights, publishing, royalties and licensing.
Key Responsibilities
- Extensive diary and calendar management, arranging complex meetings across multiple time zones
- International travel, itineraries, accommodation and expenses
- Preparing agendas, meeting papers, presentations and correspondence
- Coordinating internal and external meetings with senior stakeholders, artists, composers, managers and industry contacts
- Managing confidential information and sensitive documentation
- Supporting contracts, licensing agreements and other business documentation
- Assisting with royalty, publishing and rights-related administration
- Maintaining accurate records, databases and spreadsheets
- Using Excel confidently, including formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and PivotTables
- Liaising with internal teams, clients, publishers, managers, lawyers and other external stakeholders
- Supporting projects and ad hoc commercial initiatives across the business

About You
- Strong PA/EA experience supporting senior individuals in a busy environment
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and follow-through
- Confident and professional communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Highly discreet and comfortable handling confidential information
- Strong Excel and general Microsoft Office skills
- Ideally, an interest in or understanding of music publishing, copyright, royalties, licensing or the wider music industry
- Experience within music, entertainment, publishing, media or another creative environment would be highly advantageous
- Commercially aware, proactive and comfortable working with creative and senior personalities
