Role Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity to support several Senior Leadership Team members of the Aerospace Defence and Security sector division of Sopra Steria. The successful candidate will perform a range of administrative, logistical and organisational support duties. This position will require some travel throughout the UK depending on projects and key meetings. We are looking for high-quality candidates with strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also essential for this role.
You will be confident in working with others to achieve results and provide services either personally or by leveraging your contacts in a specific area or discipline to meet defined quality or efficiency standards or to ensure best practice advice is given. You will possess the skills, knowledge and ability to perform and deliver without day-to-day supervision as the work involves limited guidance and only general instructions from more senior colleagues.
This is a hybrid role with occasional office presence required in our London or Hemel Hempstead office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding administrative and secretarial support to SLT members.
- Manage complex calendars and prepare correspondence, business unit communications, presentations and reports as appropriate.
- Screen and control incoming mail, drafting responses, redirecting or obtaining additional information on own initiative.
- Coordinate arrangements for a variety of internal and external meetings, gathering appropriate paperwork and background information.
- Attend and minute meetings as required and possess the ability to chase updates and own actions logs.
- Arrange UK and other approved travel and accommodation including preparing monthly expense claims.
- Have complete integrity, professional loyalty and to respect the position of trust this role enjoys.

Key Requirements
- Demonstrable PA / EA experience supporting multiple senior leaders is highly beneficial, excellent administration skills are essential
- Confident MS Office user – Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint and Copilot
- Strong diary management skills and stakeholder coordination capability
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Ability to handle confidential and difficult topics professionally
- Ability to work unsupervised and show initiative and anticipation

Salary: Up to £40k depending on experience
