Personal Assistant (PA) - Private Family Office of UHNWI
An exciting opportunity to join our client, within the high profile Single Family Office of an UHNWI.
Based in North London, you will be reporting directly to the Senior PA and the Principal when required.
You will be responsible for assisting with the management of the Principal's business and personal requirements to an exacting standard, both within the UK and internationally.
Duties will include assisting with:
- Managing and updating a complex calendar
- Managing incoming calls, emails and letters as the first point of contact for the Principal
- Arranging international travel, coordinating meetings and scheduling private appointments
- Liaising with staff internationally to ensure the smooth running of properties both within the UK and overseas
- Working with various department heads to ensure strong information flow
- Assisting the recruitment process alongside department heads
- Adhoc duties as required of the role

You will have expertise in working for/within one or more of the following environments:
- Principal within a Family Office
- For a senior member of previous organisations you worked for
- Have worked within a 5 Star Hotel background in a front of house or concierge position
You will have a track record of working efficiently, with a high degree of organisation and discretion as warranted when working for an individual.
You are focused, hard working and unflappable. You are used to changing requirements and have both strong communication skills and high levels of diplomacy. You will have outstanding organisational skills and a high degree of flexibility.

English might not be your first language, but your communication skills in English must be first rate. You will be currently based in London. Working from home is not an option with this position.
