Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the owners of the Whispering Smith covering business elements and personal day to day admin / life style. This dynamic role involves managing schedules, coordinating communications, and handling administrative tasks with precision and professionalism. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Personal assistant to the owner for all administration tasks.
- Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, excellent phone etiquette while screening and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Manage all private household tasks and lifestyle.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records and filing systems.
- Assist with financial matters and reporting.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and conferences, including venue arrangements and catering if needed.
- Support all clerical functions and any other additional requirements.

Required
- Full clean driving licence
- Proven administrative experience or previous office experience demonstrating strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs).
- Familiarity with accounting.
- Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and speed; strong data entry capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong phone etiquette skills combined with professional communication abilities.
- Experience with clerical duties such as filing, record keeping, and office organisation is highly desirable.
