A high-end luxury privately-owned boutique educational consultancy is looking for an extremely efficient team player to join their collaborative team as the admin assistant. A varied role, you will ensure the smooth running of the office, be that first point of contact to UHNW clients and help the Directors with anything they need across the business. Based in the gorgeous location of Fulham, the ideal candidate will have plenty of initiative and be eager to work amongst a hardworking yet socially creative environment.

Main responsibilities:
- Acting as the point of contact among employees, clients, and other external partners
- Ad-hoc special projects
- Greeting guests and preparing meeting rooms
- Ad hoc PA duties to the team of Directors
- Supporting events
