The Arora Group is a successful UK-focused private group of companies, which leverages synergies across its specialist property, construction, and hotel divisions to its strategic advantage. Since 1999, the Group has built its standing through meticulously managing projects from inception to delivery and beyond.
Great opportunity for professional PA. This role is to support the Director of Grove Developments. You will be required to undertake a full range of secretarial and administrative duties and to ensure the efficient and effective running of their daily business.
This role is fully office based (5 days per week) role in Heathrow Airport area.

- Maintain complex diary management for the Directors of Grove Developments, arranging appointments and meetings as appropriate and ensuring that they are adequately briefed and have all relevant documents to be discussed.
- Responsibility for monitoring of email (reviewing all incoming messages, taking action to resolve or delegate where appropriate, drafting responses, filtering and prioritising, tracking pending items to completion).
- Meeting organisation including coordinating schedule of team annual leave, preparing agenda and supporting papers, taking minutes, tracking action items arising to completion and maintaining detailed records.
- Regular liaison with all internal and external clients.
- Independent ongoing development of appropriate level of business knowledge to facilitate informed decisions.
- All general administration.

Skills & Experiences
- Previous PA experience is required.
- First-class communication, client-facing, and relationship management skills focused on a customer service approach.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
- Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- The ability to complete all tasks to a high standard.
- A positive attitude and good command of the English language due to guest interaction.
