Full time Personal Assistant
Supporting two C-Suite directors in the organisation and providing admin support to the wider office based in Kidderminster. This role offers hybrid working and a negotiable salary.
Client Details
My client is a well established manufacturing organisation based in Kidderminster who are looking for a proactive Personal Assistant to join their business.
Description
- Manage and coordinate executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for senior management.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organise and maintain files, records, and documents for easy retrieval.
- Oversee and manage administrative projects to ensure timely completion.
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting for the executive team.
- Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

Profile
- Personal Assistant experience
- Strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in using office software and tools for scheduling and document preparation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a professional setting.
- A proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving and task management.
- Can commute to Kidderminster.
