Personal Assistant - Acute Services Directorate Office
This role will provide a comprehensive, efficient and confidential administrative secretarial service to the Senior Management Team within the Acute site.
About the Role
Based in FVRH you will work in a dynamic and highly professional environment, within a supportive and welcoming team. You will work closely with the Management Team and senior staff across the organisation and act as the first point of contact for all enquiries to the department, often dealing with matters of a confidential and sensitive nature.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Deal effectively with a number of simultaneous tasks.
- Ensure deadlines and actions are delivered whilst being frequently interrupted.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, as is experience of complex diary management and attending meetings for the purpose of minute taking.
Qualifications and Experience
Previous experience within a similar/healthcare setting would be advantageous.
Requirements
The duties of this post require the successful candidate to complete a Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check.
