Our Admin and Secretarial team play a vital role in keeping the office running smoothly, delivering efficient, high-quality support across admin, organisational and client-facing tasks. It is a collaborative, supportive environment where strong communication and teamwork really matter.

As a Personal Assistant, you will provide full support to the Partner, as well as assisting across the Norwich office when required. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the heart of our business.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience operating as a PA/EA
  • IT proficient with a good understanding of Microsoft Suite
  • Experience in creating reports and presentations
  • Ability to plan, prioritise and deliver to tight timescales
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
  • Experienced in dealing with both personal and confidential information

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Partner with diary management and liaising with external parties to coordinate meetings/events
  • Managing correspondence on behalf of the Partner and actioning appropriate requests
  • Managing key relationships with clients of the business when required
  • Circulating updates following formal meetings and ensuring actions are completed by the relevant individuals
  • Perform and coordinate routine and/or specialised work
  • Assist the team with the client set up processes, including letters of engagement
  • Work alongside the Administration team to assist the wider business
  • Complete meeting minutes and produce reports
