🚨 Office Administrator / PA – Cultural Media Organisation 🚨
£35,000 – £40,000 | South Kensington | Hybrid – 3 days in the office
Candidates must be immediately available – Start date: 19th October!
We Do Group are partnering with a government backed cultural content business to recruit an ambitious Office Administrator / PA to join their growing team.
This business is a government backed organisation creating a secure and trusted marketplace connecting UK creative and cultural content owners with AI developers and data customers – helping drive innovation, growth and value across the creative sector.
This is not your typical admin role.
We’re looking for an up-and-coming individual with energy, passion and a genuine desire to develop.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Operations and leadership team, playing a key role in keeping the organisation running smoothly while getting exposure to operations, projects, people processes and continuous improvement.
Role details:
- Location: South Kensington, London
- Hybrid Work: 3 days in the office / 2 from home
- Salary: £35,000 – £40,000

What will you be doing?
- Taking ownership of the day-to-day running of the office, including facilities, technology and supplies
- Providing diary management, meeting coordination and administrative support to the leadership team
- Managing suppliers, procurement and external vendor relationships
- Coordinating new starter onboarding and employee offboarding, including equipment and access
- Supporting the Head of Operations with projects, administration and new initiatives
- Helping improve and develop internal tools, processes and ways of working
- Supporting governance, record-keeping and wider administrative requirements
- Building strong relationships across the wider HR, IT and Admin teams
Who are we looking for?
You might currently be working as an Office Administrator, PA, EA or within Operations Support and looking for an opportunity where you can take on more responsibility and continue developing.
