Personal Assistant | Risk Financing
Position: Personal Assistant to 3 Risk Finance Executives
Sector: Insurance, Reinsurance & Risk Financing
Location: City of London
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 (12.5% bonus)
Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days in the office, Thursday 'glue' day)
Reason for Hire: Growth and team expansion
The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly capable Personal Assistant to join a global organisation operating within the insurance and risk financing sector.
Supporting three senior leaders you will become a trusted partner, providing seamless business support and helping to drive efficiency across an international stakeholder network.
This is a highly visible role offering the opportunity to work closely with senior executives, contribute to key business initiatives and play a central role in the smooth running of a global team.
This position would suit an ambitious PA or EA who enjoys operating in a fast-paced environment, thrives on managing competing priorities and takes pride in delivering exceptional support.
Responsibilities
- Proactive diary and calendar management for three senior directors
- Coordinating complex domestic and international travel arrangements
- Managing expenses, invoices and wider administrative processes
- Organising leadership meetings, team events and business functions
- Preparing agendas, meeting packs, presentations and follow-up actions
- Producing and formatting high-quality PowerPoint presentations and executive materials
- Coordinating Town Halls, off-sites and senior stakeholder meetings
- Managing changing priorities and handling last-minute requests with confidence
- Building relationships across global teams and senior stakeholder groups
- Acting as a central point of coordination for executives and wider business operations
- Supporting market engagements, conferences and leadership visits
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion

About You
The successful candidate will be an experienced Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant who enjoys working with senior stakeholders and can confidently navigate a high-volume, international environment.
You will demonstrate:
- Significant experience supporting senior executives
- Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, including Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities
- Confidence managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- The ability to anticipate needs and stay one step ahead
- Strong judgement and discretion when handling confidential information
- Experience working within a complex, global or corporate environment
- A positive, adaptable and collaborative mindset
