Personal Assistant / Team Administrator (Legal)
Permanent
Theale/Home – 3 days a week in the office
We are recruiting for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant / Team Administrator to join a collaborative support function, providing support to the Legal Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Legal Executive Team (LET).
This role will suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced corporate environment and thrives on keeping senior stakeholders organised, focused and effectively supported. Whilst previous legal experience would be advantageous, it is not essential. More important is experience working within a wider Executive Support or Business Support team, rather than solely supporting one individual in isolation.
This is a team-focused role where collaboration is key. Alongside providing high-quality support to the Legal leadership team, you'll also contribute to wider business projects, events and team activities, providing cover and support where needed.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
