This is a rare opportunity to become the trusted right hand to a young entrepreneur at an exciting stage of her career. As Managing Director of a growing female-founded brand, with ambitions to build a wider portfolio of businesses and investments, the Principal is looking for someone who can create capacity in her life - professionally and personally.
This isn't simply about managing a diary or ticking off a to-do list. It's about anticipating needs, thinking several steps ahead and creating the space for the Principal to perform at her best. You'll proactively protect her time, bring structure to busy weeks and help ensure she can focus on what matters most.
Initially, this is a blended role with approximately:
- 60% personal support
- 40% business support
The balance will naturally evolve as the Principal's priorities and business interests grow. On the business side, you'll help bring structure across different functions, keep projects and actions moving and ensure things don't fall between the gaps.
While your primary focus will be supporting the Principal, you'll work with people across her businesses and report to an Executive Assistant within the wider family office when appropriate.
For someone with ambition and a real appetite to learn, this is more than a traditional PA role. There is genuine scope to take on greater operational responsibility over time and ultimately grow into a Chief of Staff role alongside the Principal.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Exceptionally organised and naturally proactive
- A fast learner with genuine curiosity and ambition
- Resourceful, practical and solutions-focused
- Comfortable taking ownership and getting stuck in
- Able to work across different functions, personalities and priorities
- Calm under pressure and comfortable working independently
- Tech-confident and quick to learn new systems, with a genuine interest in AI, automation and project management tools
- Someone who doesn't believe in "that's not my job" and will find a way to make things happen

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
