FITPRO-X is a rapidly growing fitness education and training business, working across professional qualifications, commercial partnerships, and career development within the health and fitness sector.
Role Overview
As the business continues to expand, we are looking to appoint a highly organised, professional, and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the CEO’s inbox, correspondence, and day-to-day communications
- Handling incoming calls and enquiries in a professional manner
- Acting as a first point of contact for business partners, clients, and other external stakeholders
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, and diary commitments
- Preparing information and documentation ahead of meetings
- Following up on actions and ensuring key tasks and deadlines are progressed
- Supporting communication between the CEO, senior management team, and wider business
- Assisting with the coordination of business meetings, events, and other company activity
- Maintaining accurate records and handling confidential information appropriately
- Providing wider administrative and organisational support as required

About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Professional, personable, and confident when dealing with others
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to prioritise effectively and manage multiple responsibilities
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-moving environment
- An excellent written and verbal communicator
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to use their own initiative
- Calm and capable when priorities change at short notice
- Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information
- Confident working directly with senior management and external stakeholders

Previous experience in a PA, Executive Assistant, administrative, operations, or similar business support role is desirable, particularly within a fast-paced or growing organisation.
The Opportunity

The successful candidate will gain direct exposure to a broad range of business activities, including partnerships, operations, events, education, and commercial development.
