About The Role

Are you an organised, proactive professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, international environment? Do you have a talent for anticipating needs, managing competing priorities, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes?

We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to the Directors of Operations to provide comprehensive administrative, organisational, and communication support to two senior leaders within our Operations function.

In this key role, you will help ensure the effective management of day-to-day business activities, facilitate collaboration across teams, and contribute to operational excellence. You will act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and play an important role in supporting the Directors with their priorities and initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

  • Independently manage the secretariat function for the Directors of Operations, including complex diary and inbox management, prioritisation, and coordination of business matters.
  • Plan, organise, and coordinate internal and external meetings, workshops, and events, both virtually and in person.
  • Arrange and coordinate national and international business travel, including itineraries, travel expenses, and related administrative processes.
  • Support procurement activities, including ordering equipment such as IT hardware and PPE, processing invoices, and assisting with purchasing activities.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and quality-check presentations, reports, decision papers, and other business documentation.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for smaller projects, including tracking actions, timelines, invoices, and payments.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration across teams and functions.
  • Support the Directors with ad hoc tasks, special assignments, and department-wide initiatives as required.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and support the smooth and efficient operation of the department.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
