Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, supporting the Director of VEO Logistics. The Personal Assistant to Director will manage the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, organize travel and accommodation, and prepare agendas and materials for internal and external appointments. The role involves handling correspondence, drafting and reviewing documents, taking meeting minutes, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items. The Personal Assistant will coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, maintain confidential records, and support the Director with day-to-day administrative, organizational, and logistics-related tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

- Strong administrative and organizational skills, including calendar management, travel coordination, and document handling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional correspondence and prepare reports and presentations.
- High level of discretion, reliability, and integrity in managing confidential information and sensitive matters.
- Proficiency with productivity tools and software (e.g., MS Office, email and calendar platforms, online collaboration tools).
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with internal teams, clients, and senior stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar support role, ideally within logistics, technology, or professional services.
- Relevant education such as a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is beneficial.
- Interest in technology-driven businesses and sustainability-focused operations is an advantage.
