Personal Assistant to Directors – Leading Private Clinic

£40,000-£45,000 plus Annual Bonus, Private Pension Scheme & More
Location: London & Hybrid Flexibility

Introduction

Compass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with a leading London-based Fertility Clinic, who are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support their Patient Services Director and Managing Director.

This is a newly created role offering a unique opportunity to shape how executive support is delivered within a growing, purpose-driven healthcare business. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of two busy leaders, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities and patient excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complex diary and calendar management across multiple priorities
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel
  • Preparing agendas, documents, and briefing materials
  • Tracking actions, deadlines, and key follow-ups
  • Managing correspondence and communications on behalf of executives
  • Supporting preparation of presentations, reports, and operational materials
  • Acting as a central point of coordination between stakeholders
  • Ensuring seamless organisation across two clinic locations

This role sits between a traditional PA and a more structured administrative support function, with scope to evolve based on business needs and your strengths.

The Candidate

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a high level of precision and professionalism. Key requirements include:

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Highly organised with strong time management skills
  • Quick learner with the ability to pick up new systems and processes rapidly
  • Proactive, diligent, and reliable
  • Flexible and adaptable to different working styles
  • Strong communication skills and a confident, professional approach
  • Previous experience in a PA/strong administrative background
  • Exposure to healthcare or professional services environments
  • Trustworthy and strong understanding of confidentiality
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and other systems

Summary

My client is seeking a passionate and experienced Personal Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time position consisting of 40 hours per week, which will be worked Monday to Friday. In return, there is a generous salary of up to £45,000 on offer dependent on experience, plus additional benefits including:
