Personal Assistant to Family Office & Creative Principal
Central London | Office-based | £45,000–£50,000 DOE
A UHNW family and their creative Principal are looking for an experienced, discreet PA to join their Family Office, based from a beautiful design studio in Marylebone. This is a genuinely varied role — part traditional PA, part household and lifestyle support — for someone who enjoys juggling a busy, fast-moving diary with the finer details of running a family's life smoothly.
You'll split your time between studio administration and the practical running of the household: diaries, bookings, school logistics, events, and everything in between. Some travel to the family's other UK homes is part of the role, along with coordinating complex worldwide trips — flights, visas, itineraries and budgets included.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
