About Lovey

Lovey is a leading UK online finance broker and lender, dedicated to helping SMEs access fast, flexible funding. Since 2016, we've supported thousands of businesses through our technology-driven platform and customer-first approach.

We're proud to be one of the UK's fastest-growing finance companies, a certified Great Place to Work, and to hold an outstanding 4.9★ Trustpilot rating. As we continue to scale, we're expanding our high-performing collections team and are looking for ambitious individuals to join us.

The Role

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive Personal Assistant to the Founder to provide comprehensive support across both the Founder's professional and personal commitments.

This is a high-trust role for an individual who can effectively manage a busy and complex schedule, anticipate requirements, coordinate competing priorities and ensure that the Founder remains organised and focused on the areas where they can have the greatest impact.

The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for the Founder, building strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders while handling sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

This is a varied and fast-paced role that will require someone who is commercially aware, adaptable and comfortable taking ownership. The ideal candidate will be someone who naturally looks ahead, identifies what needs to happen next and acts without always needing to be asked.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
