Up To £32,791.00 Per Annum Dependent On Experience
37.5 hours per week

Our Hospital Director currently has an opportunity for a Personal Assistant. Join us and we’ll support you to be your best.
As the Personal Assistant you will:
- Provide high-quality administrative and organisational support to the Hospital Director and wider leadership team.
- Manage consultant practising privileges and associated governance processes.
- Coordinate consultant onboarding from initial enquiry through to successful commencement of practice within the hospital.
- Build effective working relationships with consultants and support consultant engagement activities.
- Support the hospital's patient experience processes.
- Analyse and collate operational information, producing accurate reports, presentations and management information.
- Arrange and support key meetings and committees, including agenda preparation, minute-taking and follow-up of actions.
- Support the transition to more efficient digital ways of working, helping to streamline administrative processes, improve data management and reduce reliance on paper-based systems.
- Review and maintain electronic records, databases and consultant information to ensure accuracy, compliance and accessibility.
- Liaise with consultants, patients and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure activities are delivered professionally and efficiently.
- Manage diary commitments and meeting schedules as required.
- Support special projects and operational improvement initiatives across the hospital.

The Person
To succeed as the Personal Assistant, you will need:
- Significant experience in an administrative, coordination, executive support or healthcare administration role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
- Excellent Microsoft 365 skills, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders, consultants, patients and colleagues.
- A proactive, solution-focused approach with the ability to work independently and use initiative.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and a genuine interest in finding more efficient ways of working.
