Ivy AI Solutions is a fast-growing health technology company and the maker of ScanSkinAI, an AI-powered skin screening product distributed through insurtech, wellness, and digital health platforms — and through facial scanning solutions for the beauty, spa, and salon industries. We operate internationally and are looking for a sharp, proactive Personal Assistant to work directly alongside our Founder.

The Role

This is a high-trust position at the centre of a growing AI healthcare business. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the Founder's calendar, scheduling meetings, and preparing materials and briefings
  • Travelling with the Founder to client meetings, partner engagements, and company events across our international markets
  • Coordinating day-to-day company operations and following up on action items with clients, partners, and internal teams as directed by the Founder
  • Supporting business development activities, including outreach preparation, CRM upkeep, and meeting follow-ups
  • Assisting with marketing initiatives, including organic SEO and content-related tasks
  • Handling travel logistics, correspondence, and general executive support

Who We're Looking For

  • Strong interest in and understanding of AI in healthcare, ideally including AI applications in the cosmetics and beauty industry
  • Working knowledge of business development and marketing; hands-on organic SEO skills a plus
  • Excellent communication skills — polished and confident when liaising with clients and partners
  • Highly organised, discreet, and able to manage multiple priorities across time zones
  • Willing and able to travel internationally
  • Based in (or able to work from) London
