Role Description
This is a full-time role based in Ashill, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week once established. The Personal Assistant to the Managing Director will provide comprehensive administrative and personal support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and prioritizing appointments. The role involves coordinating travel and accommodation, preparing documents and presentations, organizing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records. The Personal Assistant will act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handle confidential information with discretion, and support the Managing Director in day-to-day planning, follow-up, and task management. Additional responsibilities may include organizing events, tracking deadlines, and assisting with ad hoc projects to ensure the Managing Director’s time is used effectively.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Personal Assistance, preferably supporting senior leadership.
- Strong Diary Management skills, including scheduling, prioritizing, and coordinating meetings across multiple time zones.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage Travel Arrangements, including booking transport, accommodation, and preparing itineraries.
- High level of discretion, reliability, and attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Confidence using productivity tools and office software (e.g., email, calendars, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software).
- Ability to work independently and in a team, adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in technology, aviation, or related sectors and relevant vocational or academic qualifications are an advantage.
