The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Medical Director across St Michael’s Hospice, Hastings and Rother and St Wilfrid’s Hospice, Eastbourne. This is a key role that provides high-level administrative support to coordinate the Medical Director’s priorities, stakeholder relationships and day-to-day activities across both organisations and with key external partners.

Working across two hospices, you will play a pivotal role in helping the Medical Director navigate differing organisational structures, governance processes, systems and ways of working. You will build effective relationships with colleagues and external partners, coordinate activity across a complex network of stakeholders and ensure information, actions and priorities are managed effectively.

You’ll bring:

  • Significant experience in a PA or senior administrative support role
  • Excellent Microsoft 365 skills
  • Strong written communication
  • Ability to manage complex diaries, inboxes and meeting arrangements.
  • Confidence in handling sensitive information, working across organisational boundaries and supporting the delivery of high-quality documentation and meeting processes.

Additional Information

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
