Personal Assistant to the Bishop of Brixworth
Could you use your organisational skills to support the life and mission of the Church across Northamptonshire and Rutland?
The Diocese of Peterborough is seeking a highly organised, proactive and personable Personal Assistant to provide executive and administrative support to the Bishop of Brixworth. This varied role includes diary and meeting management, coordinating church visits, handling confidential correspondence, supporting ordinands and education work, and building positive relationships with clergy, parishes and colleagues across the Diocese.

We are looking for someone with experience in senior administrative support, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft 365. The successful candidate will be able to manage competing priorities with discretion, professionalism and good judgement.

Hours
30 hours per week
Salary
£30,000 – £32,000 pro rata (dependent on experience)
Pension
10% employer non-contributory pension
Location
Bouverie Court, The Lakes, Great Houghton, Northampton, NN4 7YD, with some home working by agreement
