Are you an organised, proactive, and highly professional Personal Assistant looking for your next exciting opportunity?
At Proclinical, an award-winning global Life Sciences recruitment and consulting business, we're looking for a talented Personal Assistant to support our Life Sciences Board and senior leadership team. This is an exceptional opportunity to gain exposure to strategic business operations, work closely with executive stakeholders, and play a key role in helping a global organisation run effectively.
This role is ideal for a junior to mid-level PA who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives on organisation, and takes pride in being the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
The Opportunity
As Personal Assistant to the Life Sciences Board, you'll become a trusted partner to senior leaders across the business, helping to coordinate priorities, manage schedules, organise key meetings and events, and support strategic initiatives.
You'll have significant exposure to senior stakeholders and gain valuable insight into how a successful international business operates. No two days will be the same, and you'll play an important role in enabling our leadership team to focus on driving the business forward.

What You'll Be Doing
Executive & Board Support
- Managing complex diaries and coordinating meetings for senior leaders
- Organising board meetings, leadership sessions, and strategic planning events
- Preparing agendas, presentations, meeting materials, and minutes
- Tracking actions and ensuring follow-up activities are completed
Stakeholder Management
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Managing communications with professionalism and discretion
- Building strong relationships across multiple teams and functions
Planning & Coordination
- Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
- Organising leadership events, workshops, and company initiatives
- Supporting business planning cycles and key operational projects
Documentation & Administration
- Producing high-quality presentations, reports, and business documents
- Maintaining records, filing systems, and document repositories
- Managing expenses and supporting governance processes
Project Support
- Assisting with operational and strategic projects
- Coordinating activities across different departments
- Anticipating challenges and helping find practical solutions
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Previous experience supporting senior managers, directors, or executives
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- High levels of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams

Desirable
- Experience supporting leadership teams or board-level stakeholders
